Enforcement Investigations Looming?

I’m hearing from at least one REP that the the PUCT’s Oversight and Enforcement division has begun an investigation based on its complaints with the PUCT.  As stated in the PUCT’s letter to the REP, the Commission periodically conducts reviews of the complaint history of REPs providing residential electric service in Texas.  These reviews are designed to determine if these REPs are in compliance with requirements of PURA and the commission’s customer protection rules.  The letter also acknowledges that the REP may also be undergoing the compliance audit and that any overlap in findings will be addressed in the compliance audit.

Wonder how many of these reviews they will do?
