Vendors directly compensate Regulatory Compliance Services to conduct this review (project fee basis), however this compensation, by contractual provision, does not affect the findings and recommendations contained in the report. Reports are prepared upon completion of the review to document findings and recommendations (if any). The reports are typically provided to interested clients free of charge (electronic format). Scope of Reviews The reviews conducted by RCS typically include an assessment of the following functions:
Review Process Site visits are generally required. As part of the site visit, interviews are conducted with all relevant employees. Further, live-monitoring and compliance sampling will be performed as necessary to evaluate performance against established procedures. Documents, reports, training materials, and other necessary materials are also obtained and reviewed.
