With over 20 years of experience in the utility space, Kelle has worked in
various compliance, sales, and marketing roles, giving her a unique
perspective on the challenges faced by providers and internal and external
stakeholders. Kelle has worked for several retail electricity providers,
including Direct Energy and Green Mountain. Most recently, she has worked
with the municipal aggregator iChoosr as their Director of Community
Relations.
Kelle has spent her career guiding and leading teams to exceed their goals
and achieve success. In each of her roles, Kelle has demonstrated a
tremendous working knowledge of the various PUCT customer protection rules
and their application in real-world settings.
Kelle’s experience in regulatory compliance includes interpretation of PUCT
customer protection rules, creating and delivering compliance training
programs, conducting compliance audits, regulatory affairs, vendor reviews,
marketing reviews, regulatory filings and reporting, complaint management,
quality assurance and change management.
Those that have worked with Kelle in the past have described her as
“extremely smart, conscientious, and meticulous” and as someone who “knows
the business and is an expert in communications.” Others say that Kelle is
a consummate professional and has the ability to raise risks without making
them appear to be roadblocks.” Finally, Kelle “evaluates the situation from
multiple angles, and will tell it like it is; all the while being extremely
friendly and professional.”
Kelle holds a BBA in Management from Texas State University and lives in
Austin, Texas, with her husband, Bobby. She is a mother of two daughters and
loves spending time with her family, running with her dog Dudley, reading,
finding something new to binge-watch, and cooking delicious food.
